Had to reschedule my exam, afraid of losing progress

I was supposed to take the GRE this November and I was almost done with the 2-month study plan. However, due to matters beyond my control, I had to reschedule it at a much later date (mid Jan to early Feb).
Do any of you have any tips on how I can retain what I have learned so far in the study plan? I feel like still studying everyday for the next 3 months is already an overkill but at the same time, if I don’t study, I feel like I will lose all of the progress I have made so far. Thanks so much for the help!

Hi! I went through a similar situation and can relate with your worry about “losing progress.” What would be helpful is scheduling at least 2 days of practice per week, making sure that you’re covering what you need to improve on (based on your error log, etc.) This could look like allocating at least 1 hour for quant and 1 hour for verbal practice (from Big Book or official ETS guide) during mid-week and a weekend. To supplement that and make sure you’re doing timed practice, a Powerprep practice once a month would help.

Aside from regular practice, it would also be helpful to do a more regular review of vocab (the Quizlet tool is super handy; grateful to the one who made it!) and math concepts, formulas, and other notes you’ve taken esp. from your error log, to refresh your memory.

All the best with your GRE!
