HELP for Practice question from video

Hey guys! I need help understanding a small concept that is part of this question. The video is Integers and Primes Practice and the question is at the very end :
“Let S be the set of all positive integers n such that n^2 is a multiple of both 24 and 108. Which of the following integers are divisors of every integer n in S?”

So I understand how to do prime factorization, however, I do not understand in the video how he got n from n^2 (from the prime factorization). I guess I am confused on how to work backwards from n^2.

I hope someone can give me feedback because I have been really trying to understand it and just cant grasp it. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.
