Help! I'm very confused for TOEFL prep

Hi everyone, I have to give my TOEFL in the next 8 days. And there are way too many resources on how to prepare. It’s very confusing and it requires alot of sieving through content to finally understand where to prep from. Can anyone here help me out a little on a consolidated way on what to study and how to prep for the TOEFL efficiently, using the GregMat portal as I’ve used GregMat’s material to study for the GRE as well. I kinda trust him in teaching relevant things which will help me use my time efficiently. Thanks <3

*A point to be noted is that TOEFL has released a new 3rd edition of their books since then so you’ve to ask @gregmat on which book to buy…
