Help with Exponent rules practice problem

Hello. In the last problem of the Exponent rules practice video, I understand up until 99968. After that i just can’t seem to understand how exponent 32 has 30 9s. Would very greatful if anybody help me understand this problem step by step. Sorry if my question sounds silly.

10^2 - 322 digits and 2 - 2 copies of 9
10^3 - 323 digits and 3 - 2 copies of 9
10^4 - 324 digits and 4 - 2 copies of 9
10^5 - 325 digits and 5 - 2 copies of 9
\vdots
10^{32} - 3232 digits and 32 - 2 copies of 9
