Hexagon Circle

I didn’t understand how √3 came! When Diagonal cuts hexagon,it creates triangles, right? But is it 30-60 triangle ? How and why?
I’m just not understanding anything

I don’t fully understand your question, so could you be more specific about your question?

I didn’t get how come measure of each side of triangle is √3! On what basis is it considered √3

Oh Lord! I missed the word "equilateral"triangle. √3 comes because each side of equilateral triangle is 60degree. Now,I got it.That’s so silly of me.

But why we have to select only 2√3 to get perimeter?

The red is the radius of the circle you obtained from the previous step (which was 2). I’m assuming you know that red + blue splits the equilateral triangle into two 30-60-90 triangle. Furthermore, I also hope that you know that red is \frac 23 of red + blue, which means red + blue must be 3.

To find the side length of this equilateral triangle, you just have to find the length opposite to the 90-degree given that the side opposite the 60-degree angle is 3. This is trivially \frac{6}{\sqrt{3}} and you have 3 copies of this so 3 \cdot \frac{6}{\sqrt{3}} = 6 \sqrt{3}.

I skipped intermediary steps (mostly cuz i got lazy lol), but I hope you can fill the little missing bits yourself.
