I don’t understand how step 1 got to step 2 - how is pi suddenly multiplied to 1000 and gone from the 2?

2 \pi \cdot \frac{\sqrt{1000}}{\sqrt{\pi}} = 2 \sqrt{1000} \sqrt{\pi} because \pi =( \sqrt{\pi})^2
