10C3 is just choosing participants. The question talks about 3 persons per team. So the answer will be 10c3* 7c3* 4c3* 1=16800 So here once you choose 3 ppl, remaining are 7 ppl so you’ll choose 3 ppl from these 7 ppl and so on.
