when the four sided polygon is regular.

Sorry for the late reply. The question is asking what is the max and min area inscribed in a circle. I am unable to understand how the minimum area would lead to triangle? I understood the maximum area, but unable to figure out the minimum area of a quadrilateral? Is it that by default the minimum area of quadrilateral leads to triangle always?
I just understood how it would be triangle. One of the side would collapse to get the minimum area of a quad. Please ignore my previous query.
