How to Avoid Calculation Mistakes?

I have been giving Quant test my correct answers varying from 14-15. In most of cases, its simple calculation mistake. I need to get more than 18 correct in GRE quant, please advice on how can I rectify calculation mistakes.

Use embedded calculator and have at-least10 mins to review your quant section!

Here’s a few questions to consider.

  1. Are you doing mental math? Try writing out each operation step by step on paper. It takes longer, but it can help, especially when you’re feeling rushed during a test.

  2. Do you feel lost during the test? If you keep coming up against questions that make you feel like “oh god, where do I even start”, then that might suggest your fundamentals are bad.
