How to improve on chart questions

I have solved all the chart questions in the Big Book but I am not able to do Gregmat Practise Test chart questions. What might be the cause and how can I improve?

I find it difficult to solve chart questions on rate

Also too vague. Can you give an example where you’re struggling? What happens when you try to “solve” a rate problem?
