Hi there,
I have gotten different information from different recordings where Greg advised on the steps to follow when preparing for the exam. In one of them, he mentioned that we should take an exam in real conditions every month, and the 1-month and 2-month plans seem to recommend doing it every week. However, in the “So you want a 340” session, he went for a much more gradual process, starting with the basic foundational concepts, then practising untimed, then increasing the difficulty still untimed, and only then adding the time factor. This seems to work well with the “I’m Overwhelmed Plan.”
I started with a diagnosis practice test and have been studying for about a month and have one month before my exam. I’d say I’m about 60% done studying Quant foundation and have been doing the I’m Overwhelmed quizzes well. I’m on day 15 of the vocab mountain. Should I do a practice test now as sometimes recommended, or should I complete the I’m Overwhelmed plan first?
They don’t? Both plans only ask for two full practice tests for the entire study plan.
Oh, my bad! I only looked at the end of Week 1 and assumed that extended for the whole period. So, does that mean one should only take a diagnosis test, and then take tests again after finishing the study plans?
That’s what we recommend.
