Not sure if there is a lack in my foundation or if this is a poorly written question. I spent the last 20 mins googling explanations to this question and I, somehow, can’t seem to dumb it down for myself.

Yes, sorry about that, fixed it. I didn’t find a convincing explanation, just gonna abandon it or come back to it later. Maybe my head is not working right at the moment.
