If you are strong in maths, Big Book Maths section can be ignored. Can instead transfer efforts to 5lb Math(only quant not verbal)
Big Book is usually best for Verbal but if you are low on quant foundation then it’s really best starting point

There isn’t any good or bad question types. I suggest you to complete first 5 tests diligently. Then on you will see patterns and types ets uses.
Do not study for 9 hours straight, the enthusiasm is appreciated but this would result in you burning out. Savour the questions.
