I completed 2 month study plan and took foundation quizzes. My score was (Arithmetic: 29/49, Algebra: 28/36, Coordinate Geometry: 27/38, Geometry: 37/44, DA-1: 22/30, DA-2: 30/41). Then I had gone through I’m Overwhelmed plan for my weak sections and scored in tickbox quizzes (Arithmetic: 77/90, Coordinate geometry: 57/68, DA: 44/69). Now, I need advice for what should I do next. I should move forward to strategies or I should work more on Foundation?
Take #1 for each category in Quant Fundamentals Quizzes - GregMat and post your results here.
I attempt them once previously which feels like ages ago so I’ll take them again and revert my scores here.
If you haven’t done #2, one option is to do that instead.
ok
Arithmetic - 67%, Algebra - 58%
Sounds like you need to review foundation again then.
Actually, I tracked that my main weakness which is not reading questions properly. Same happens in these quizzes because after submitting the quiz I tried to solve the questions which I did wrong and I did them correctly (without watching solutions). Particularly in Algebra quiz I did 6 wrong and 4 of them I correctly solve them.
Well the quiz is untimed so that isn’t a good excuse. The advice remains the same.
Fair enough.
Well the advice is for arithmetic and algebra? Because I didn’t attempt the other topics quiz yet.
You can try the other quizzes if you like, but the evidence we have suggests that your foundation as a whole doesn’t look good.
No I will like not to ruin other quizzes for the sake of my future practices. My only point of saying this because starting from scratch second time for every topic required a lot of time and I have less then 2 months now.
