New test feature on the website

I just attempted the GRE Practice Test 1 from the site. I did better than I usually do and wanted to verify if how close this test is to the official practice test on ets. I Just want to know If I have gotten better or the questions were simpler.

From my observation the reading comprehension that I mostly can never get time to attempt, I was able to do them in this test and also get a lot of them right which made me question this.

Would also like to know if the test was adaptive or not.

The test is difficulty adaptive, the second section changes based on how you did in the first.
