Not finding Forums helpful at all

Hi Team,

I am not finding these forums helpful at all. Whenever I try to ask a question in general or from @gregmat I only get half cooked one reply. In response when I try to discuss same in detail or try to clarify my point in second reply, I am never getting a second response and problem is kept open. Is there a limit on that gregmat can reply only once? Or is there any better channel to properly discuss same problem?

Please let me know.

Thank you

Sorry that your follow-up questions are not being addressed. It’s possible that I’m only getting notification from the first tag. Also, with classes, updating prepswift, responding to emails, and other duties, I am pretty busy to provide super lengthy replies here. However, each week we have two Q&A sessions, one with me, and one with Vince, that you can join there you can get a more in-depth reply. You could also inquire about a tutoring session if you’re looking to have a lot of different questions answered.

Regarding your first question, you’ve already asked it to our PrepSwift customer service representatives.

Hi @Leaderboard ,

Thank you for quick response. Yes I raised same there too. But I think, somehow I was not able to clarify assumptions made by support clearly.

Support is making an assumption that arc is quarter circle between (0,0) and (2,2), which is not given in question. I tried to point it out, but in later reply, I think they construed If I was not sure whether circles were passing through (0,0) or (2,2), which I was not stating at all. Hence after long discussion there, I had to raise same in forum too.

Online forums are designed to facilitate community discussions where participants voluntarily contribute their knowledge and insights. However, due to the nature of these platforms, responses can be limited in their depth and scope. While gregmat or other users may provide initial guidance, engaging in extensive back-and-forth discussions or receiving multiple responses is not always guaranteed.

It’s essential to acknowledge that the level of effort and involvement from other forum members depends on their availability and willingness to contribute. If you require more personalized attention or in-depth discussions, private tutoring or one-on-one services might be more suitable.

For eg: I can’t force anyone who replies to your query with Hey! you replied to Kautsgre initially and now they want further clarification, so , engage in the discussion with them and solved their doubt.
