How many correct answers should I have at least in each section to reach 160 for the Verbal and 165 for the Quant?
There is no exact formula because getting two questions wrong for example may lead to different scores on two different tests.
As a guess (and I emphasize that), probably somewhere between 3-6 questions wrong for the Quant and 8-10 wrong for the Verbal. However, I have no official evidence to support this, and I would just do your best.
I would be tighter and say 4 for the quant. Verbal is a bit more variable since you can get 8/12 + 15/15 which will be somewhere in the low 160s since you end up with a second medium section.
