OG-Test 2- short passage 1

Source: Big Book- Test 2

In this question I eliminated B because of the word “reasoned prognosis”, which I thought it means a feasible prediction about the future. Also, according to Google, prognosis means forecast or prophecy. But the actual answer is B and Greg says “reason prognosis” means “level-headed”. I’m having some problems to understand this.

The passage is a long-winded prediction about the future: “The recent changes will probably increase the number of women in the military/increase the diversity of their jobs in the military, but don’t get your hopes up, because the changes won’t be dramatic.” S/he is predicting what the future of females the military will look like.

You could also get B by POE, because none of the other answers are supported by the passage. A - there’s no overview or detailed description of multiple assignments, C directly contradicts the passage, D has the timeline mixed up and doesn’t make sense, and E is just completely off-topic.
