anything other than something = not that something
anything other than fleeting/momentary = not fleeting/ not momentary = longer lasting or whatever, we don’t need to bother about that
So, by being ignorant the investors can conclude that dumping cash would provide long lasting (or whatever the opposite of B and C is) solution to the company’s troubles.
That’s how I would tackle it, don’t know if it makes perfect sense
