Optional Reading Sessions on One Month Plan?

Hi guys,
just noticed that in the OneMonthPlan it suddenly says optional for the first Reading Session (Dedicated Reading Season 3) at Session 11.
Are these less important? given my tight schedule.
Should i instead focus more on the critical reasoning sessions introduced at Day 1 Week 4?
Would highly appreciate a quick response :slight_smile:

I would watch the video if you have the chance since it explains how to defend your answer. I found the video very useful. I would review the critical reasoning videos when they come up.
