Practice test?

2-parter!

  1. I thought there was one or two free practice tests on the ETS website, and I wasn’t able to download the software that was on their site to practice. I need to take a diagnostic test, where should I look? I have virtual access to all of the materials and am overwhelmed by it all.

2)I’m taking the GRE two months from tomorrow but have a heavy schedule and so am thinking of doing the one-month plan instead of the two, as it feels like a lot. Any thoughts?

The 2 free GRE tests are on the ETS website. You need to create an account and login.
You can then find a section that says ‘free test preparation’ and can take the 2 tests via that.
These tests are like gold because these are the only free authentic tests provided by ETS; so make sure to use them carefully.
You could use them as a diagnostic test though, if you do follow the 2 month plan, the first test is included in the plan, at the end of the first week.

To answer your second question, in my opinion, it depends on how long you have to prepare and how good at math concepts you are. The 2 month plan is very detailed, so you could also make use of prepswift to brush up on all the math concepts.
