No, you could think of it this way - Subtracting a smaller number from a larger number would always give a positive integer greater than 0. And to confirm try taking values.
Case 1: z = 0, y = 1, x = 2, then x-z would be 2.
Case 2: z = -5, y = -4, x = -1 then x-z would be 4.
Case 3: z = -3, y = 0, x = 3 then x-z would be 6.
The value x-z can never be 0 because we know from the conditions given that x and z can never be equal.
