According to the PrepSwift video about Algebraic Expressions Vocab, Greg defines a polynomial as

  1. A combination of positive or zero exponents and constants
  2. Terms that are going to be added or subtracted

How does w/5 satisfy these conditions? w/5 can be written as w*1/5 which is neither addition nor subtraction?

You can just have one term by itself and that’s still okay
