I have searched on the internet whether a prime number can be positive and negative, but I got the mixed results. Can (-5) be a prime number?
It indeed does seem to show mixed results in the internet. Not sure whether the academia defines negative numbers as primes.
But generally, I do not think ETS will ask a question where primes are negative. As far as I know, ETS only considers positive numbers as prime integers.

Nice question
i think they are not because prime no. is divisible only by itself and 1.
-5 is divisible by -1,5,1,-5.
