Probability - Medium Level Quant

A fair coin with two sides, heads and tails, is flipped 10 times in a row.

Can someone explain why the answer is not C? I thought it was C since the probability of heads or tails is 0.5.

The number of ways we can arrange 5 H and 5 T:
\frac{10!}{5! * 5!} = 1260

The number of ways we can arrange 4 H and 6 T:
\frac{10!}{6! * 4!} = 210
