Probability of two dice rolls adding up to 8

So the answer for this question would be 5/36, since there are apparently 5 pairs which add up to 8, which are:

(2, 6)
(6, 2)
(3, 5)
(5, 3)
(4, 4)

But I got the answer wrong because I counted (4, 4) twice, Why shouldn’t I count them twice? There are two cases in which you would get a 4 and a 4.

How?
A 4 on any dice would give you the same result nevertheless
