Q from the 340 strategy series - Remainders

How do I solve this q?

i guess correct answer would be C.
you can try it by dividing 10^1 + 2 by 11 and you’ll get 1 but when you divide 10^2 by 11 you’ll get 3 and if you do this with 10^3+2/11 remainder would be 1 and for 10^4/11 would be 3.
there is a pattern here in which if power is odd the remainder is 1
and when power is even the remainder is 3 and as you can see m is 10^32 so the remainder would be 3.
