IN here, Greg as explained
Symmetry with the Y-axis has to be when there is an even function which means that all functions are even. The other thing, symmetry with the origin has to be when it is an odd function which means where all the functions are odd. And third, no symmetry if there are mixing of functions.
But there is an issue - in the first option here
f(x) = |x| + 2
the power of x is one and we can say that the power of 2 is 0(cause x to the power 0), so won’t that be a mixed function and not a function that has symmetry with the y axis

would really appreciate any help
