In this problem, i don’t quite understand why the Quantity B is going to be larger. The solution of it is written as, as we get more sides of regular polygon we get more and more of it like a circle. and the ratio of it resembles more to it’s diameter is going to be more closer to the value of pi right? But i don’t understand what this pi value is comparing to tell Quantity B is greater. I mean What about the figure with lesser no. of sides, is that going to be lesser than pi? If so, how?

hello, i don’t see why Quantity A is greater because in Prep Swift solution Quantity B is shown to be greater… Also, if you were giving me any link to follow-up, i don’t see the link here.
Well, to show that Quantity A is bigger, you’d need trig - which goes beyond what is tested for the GRE. You may as well just skip the question. Also, you should try clicking on the “geometry - three questions” embed.
