I was wondering what’s considered to be a difficult quant question on the GRE? They say the beginning is going to be basic simple and then blends into medium then hard.
Yes, this is an accurate description; difficulty level 5 questions usually appear at the end of the section. However, sometimes you can not tell the differences among questions in difficulty level 3,4, or 5. Some hard questions defined by ETS might be easy for you. Some questions of difficulty level 3 might be not easy due to some individual reasons.
