Quant Strategy - Area of Shaded Regions in Circle

Hi, I am confused about the solution to this. In the choosing numbers video, Greg concluded that it was possible for the unshaded regions to be unequal. If the lines intersect at the centre of the circle and the shaded regions are equal, then the central angles of the unshaded regions are equal. If area is equal to theta/360 * area of the circle, then won’t the unshaded areas be equal? is it that we cannot assume that the intersection is at the centre?

Yes
