I think the wording here is incorrect. If N is a POSITIVE integer, why would we be considering 0? 0 is not a positive or a negative integer, so it should be ignored from this problem, no?

When positive integer n is divided by 7 the remainder is 3.

Starting from the smallest number that gives a remainder of 3 when divided by 7 -
3, 10, 17, 24….
The second smallest is 10.
