I got this question right, mostly due to elimination, but I was wondering, even without completing the square as Greg showed in the solution, if x=0 then y is 1, so isn’t y = 1 both the intercept AND the minimum point of the parabula?
This graph doesn’t really make sense to me because the y=intercept is in fact 1 but the minimum is some negative fraction like in the video solution. How would I know to go about it like Greg did?
