Query about question "$S$ is the set of all fractions in the form..." [14]

https://www.gregmat.com/problems/quant?problem=s-is-the-set-of-all-fractions-in-the-form

This QC question says that t could be any positive integer from 1 to 50. As the solution video says, if t=1 then A=1/2 which is less than B=40. But if t=50 then A is greater than B.

So, we have a case where A>B and a case where A<B. But the answer choice showed as correct in the solution video is A:(A>B)

Shouldn’t the correct option be D?

It says “all fractions”.
