I understand the solution in that we have to use math strategy on the “has little effect”, but why can’t it be applied to the “is impervious to criticism”? I know in the photo I chose critical, but if we focused on the “impervious to criticism” part, damaging and injurious might make more sense.
Is the blank describing the commitee or is it describing the report?
