I was studying from your reading comprehension 2024 Edition Session 11 and could not understand the rationale behind selecting Option B for the below question.
As per the explanation in the class, option A is eliminated based on the word “complexities” because it is not mentioned. However, Option B has been selected as the right answer though we do not have any evidence of NVC’s emphasis on being “understanding” or “impartial”.
So we cannot assume that “real-life conflicts” are “complex” but we are assuming the NVC framework to be “understanding and impartial”.
I hope I am able to convey my confusion !
Please help me understand where in my thinking approach am I going south!
