So Greg in one of his initial videos suggested that when going through vocab mountain for a particular day, we need to speak out the meaning of that word that we have in our mind (Kind of agree with this, its helpful in remembering the words in even better). My doubt is, is it okay to remember meaning of the word in my native language (I am a non-native english speaker) for some of the words for which I am unable to remember those “one/two word definitions” ?
I think it should be okay, but it might be helpful to relate it to a synonym in English. This might help you with building your ability to pair words in SE questions.
