Radical question to choose which quantity is bigger

Hey, I came across a quant question in One of the book but not able to figure out the answer for the same. If you guys could help?

Here x can be either 5 or -5. And when you look at quantity B, it is 5. Hence the answer is D.

In GRE, we only consider positive roots, so quantity B will be 5 whereas quantity A can be either 5 or -5.
