[RC] I disagree with these answers (Official ETS paper tests). What am I missing?

I think D is wrong because both agree that “skills” are deficient. Moss and Tilly even use “interpersonal skills” in the text. I think B makes much more sense because Moss and Tilly would agree that these are important but experts did not focus on them. Not my favorite choice but better than B IMO.

Why is B not right? I get I might be storytelling by saying that there is evidence that they would disagree with it. However, I think at most, there is no evidence that they would agree. The explanation says Both theories agree that Moon craters were caused by the impact of cosmic bodies that crashed into the Moon’s surface. Where is the evidence that the “Scientists” would agree with that?

First One
Moss and Tilly think workers deficiencies are attributes such as motivation…not job-specifc skills.
Hence Moss and Tilly think workers have enough job specific skills but not enough of the attributes

Second one
The challenge to the view of scientists isn’t that craters were caused by impact of objects. It was the discovery of the reduction afterwards in the number of objects that were previously abundant.
This doesn’t give evidence that there’s any disagreement over the cause of the craters.
