I was working on my Support/Contrast skill and I came across this question. Can anyone explain what will be in this blank? Although I have got the contrast word correct I am confuse about what will be in the blank
RHS “seldom give students sufficient directions” is a bad thing, so LHS needs to be a good thing.
Since inspiration is a good thing, the blank must be something that helps inspiration.
Maybe something like “beneficial for”?
By the way trying to make a prediction on these blanks is an excellent skill to develop, well done!

Can we use the whole “sledom give students sufficient directions” and then convert its antonyms a/c to the math strategy? I though we need a more specific logic/words to answer the blank.
Yeah, you can try and contrast ENTIRE IDEAS rather than words.
So, “_________ for inspiration” has to contrast with “seldom give students sufficient directions”.
Ok. I got it. For hard questions, we need to compare ideas rather than words.
