My PP-1 Score is 304 (Q-163, V-141) and PP-2 Score is 298 (Q-158, V-140). I am so much upset after having this type of result in mock.
My test date is on 16 March. I want to reschedule the test but ETS is asking $150. What would be a wise decision, to reschedule the test date or sit for the test first time and take a date for second time after 1.5 months again.
My Target Score is 320+. In Quant 165+ and verbal 155+.

I will suggest, sit for the real test, and be calm, now also you have a total of 7+ days, with you.
Just try to identify your weak spots and try to hit them hard, before the real test.
Recollect the strategies again and revise.
Because, if you panic, it will hurt you more, rather just be cool and try to sort out things.

What @user9576 said. You have time, and it seems that your verbal should take up the majority of your time. I like the Verbal Toolkit videos, so make sure to watch all of those. Do lots of timed practice as well, this forces you to learn skills like finding the main ideas and simplifying sentences. Verbal Toolkit - GregMat
