Is rescheduling Toefl free or have to pay fee ?
Don’t know about the current year but till 2020 you’ve to pay the fees (in the range of $50-60) unless you’re cancelling due to a medical condition (in which case you’ve to submit official doc and they will asses whether to offer you a free re-schedule or not ).
