Scored 303 then 312, what should I do to reach 325+

Hi everyone, I scored 303 in my first step with about 2 weeks of study. Then prepared for almost 2 months then improved to 312. I have also attached my recent score report. I think my problem is silly mistakes. Please let me know what can be diagnosed from the report. I have to give my next attempt around Christmas and need to score 325+ for my target schools. Please share what I can do to improve my studies and increase my scores. Thank you

Diag reports rarely inform study planning - you need to attack each area of GRE skill.
