Seeking Advice: GRE Score Competitiveness for Top One-Year MBA Programs (INSEAD, HEC Paris, LBS)

I recently took the GRE and achieved a score of 316 (155 Verbal, 161 Quant). While I am still awaiting the official scorecard, I am seeking advice regarding my competitiveness for premier one-year MBA programs such as INSEAD, HEC Paris, LBS, and other institutions of similar stature.

A brief on my background:

  • 9 years of experience at a Development Financial Institution in India.
  • 6 years managing MSME finance in a branch office, followed by 3 years in venture finance, all in operational roles.
  • Engineering graduate from a tier-2 Indian college with a CGPA of 6.9/10.
  • In the last 6 months, I consistently scored above 320 in PowerPrep practice exams, though my official score is 316.

Given my background and target schools, would you recommend that I retake the GRE, or is my current score competitive enough? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
