Some arithmetic confusion

Hi guys. So I saw a problem in one of the practice videos, which Greg glossed over the solution, but I swear I haven’t seen the concept in any quant concept videos. The problem goes thus:

If n = 7.19^3, which if these is higher?

  • The number of distinct positive factors of n
  • 10

Please if anyone could point me to the right quant concept series video or prepswift video to watch to understand this conceot, I’d be grateful

Is it 7 \times 19^3 or …? (7.19)^3 is not an integer.

Thanks. I realised I misread the sign and it is ‘x’
