Hi, I have a question with regards to this sentence. For this sentence, the word in the blank should be a “good” word due to the phrase “anything but”. What happen to the answer if “some people” is replaced by “few people”, all else remain the same.
This is a fun question! Since saying “few people” is often read as a negative (as in, “no one really believes this”), it would reverse what we’d expect to see in the blank.
