Hi in the above question, due to the comma we have a support in the sentence. The second part of the sentence says “a talent for lying is usually not found”. Doesn’t this mean that the people are being truthful and hence shouldn’t the blank be filled with synonyms representing truthfulness ? (though there are no synonyms present for truthfulness, my question is why should we fill the blank with synonyms of lying since they are saying a talent for lying is not usually found which implies it is being truthful)
“a talent for lying is not found on one’s resume” means that even if someone is good at lying they don’t overtly announce it, this sentence is kind of like this:
“Even though she loves red, she never wears it.”
