I, for the life of me, cannot seem to get what this sentence is saying. Does the second part of the sentence mean that it they can cover her tracks and can capture her? So shouldn’t her repeated incompetence - ‘bungling’ - be an indication/signal for those who wished to prevent her from doing this?
since: means support [“since it … her capture”] → So, the spy is doing something and which in-turns making it very hard to capture her!
Now, coming to the first sentence:-> This is asking what is the effect of spy’s action on people who are trying to immobilize her effort : well, it’s getting very difficulty to caught her due to her unpredictability
.
Thus A and C fits the blank
