Struggling to understand phrase "not a factor of not a factor"

The correct answer is E.

I am able to figure out the nearest non-factor of 25! is 29.

However, I am struggling to understand “not a factor of not a factor”. What does this mean??

It seems the first “not a factor” of 25! is 29. Then, the subsequent “not a factor” of 29 is, like, 2 or 3 or 4…

Can anyone clarify?

From what I understood, the final number should not be a factor of 25! nor should it be a factor of the “not factor”, 29 and should be composite. The prime number after 25 that is not a factor of 25! is 29(which you got) however, taking 4, 6, etc (you cannot consider 2, 3 since they are prime numbers and we need a composite number) would be a factor of 25! which contradicts the second “not a factor”. Hence, you would have to multiply 29 by 2 to get 58 which is the smallest composite number satisfying both conditions.

Nothing, that’s obviously just a typo or printing error.
