hello, I need help, my exam is on Dec 20 and I have watched one month verbal and quant videos and did not do any homework. I did 20 vocabulary groups. But my verbal is very poor. I just took quant foundation quizzes and I did good in arithmetics but 50 percent in algebra. I am thinking to watch foundation videos on I am overwhelm plan and then do the strategy series for quant. My verbal need help. What should I do? For SE even I know the meaning of words but I can not make right pairs for most of the words. I need a plan for verbal and my exam is on DEC 20th.

I had an appointment with Alina and told her everything about my situation and my weak points. My verbal is not good because English is not my first language. Even though I have lived in the USA for 13 years, I never read passages or books, so my reading comprehension is very weak. Now I don’t have much time because of my program deadlines. I am a science student and understand scientific language much better than English literature.
Science is based on concepts, so I never focused on reading. I have watched all the one-month videos for both sections. I did 20 groups of vocab. I even attended your live RC class 2–3 days ago. But now my mind is tuned to Greg’s teaching style. If I get a tutor who follows her style exactly, then it might work for me — but I’m not sure.
For Quant, my problem is word problems. I always get confused about how to start. Once I know how to start, I can solve the rest. Geometry is my weakest area in Quant. Even though I know the basics, when 2–3 concepts appear together, I get confused. I need your help.
Alina told me to watch the strategy series, but before that, complete all the foundation quizzes. I completed the arithmetic section and scored above 90%. I did half of the algebra section and got all of them correct, but at the bottom, there were work/rate/distance problems I didn’t try to solve. I thought I should first re-watch all the PrepSwift videos and do the checkbox quizzes, and then move to the strategies.
For Verbal, Alina asked me to do Big Book passages for a week and then move to ETS material. I started Big Book passages yesterday and I was so lost. I restarted vocab from the beginning and did the first three groups with the “Overwhelmed Vocab Check” quizzes. Vince plz guide me. I have only 3 weeks.
Sounds like Alina is the person you should be asking these questions to. Sounds like she gave you good advice but you’re somehow dissatisfied with it?

how on earth did you set up a tutoring session with her if you don’t know how to contact her??
